How Can Vibration Complement Supported Stretching?
Vertical vibration can be introduced before or during selected mobility work as an additional stimulus for muscle activation and movement awareness. The integrated frame then provides hand positions for controlled stretches and supported transitions. The combination is intended to help make flexibility and range-of-motion work more deliberate and repeatable. Progress still depends on the positions chosen, the individual's starting point and consistent practice.

What Does the Integrated Frame Let You Do?
The upright structure allows rotation, side stretching, supported hanging and other positions that a flat vibration plate alone cannot provide. Users can select the amount of hand support that suits the movement. Because the machine is 87 inches high and weighs 285 lb, the same structure that expands its function also makes access planning essential before delivery.
