After more than 16 years working in demanding professional environments, founder Nacho González started looking at home for what, until recently, seemed reserved for clinics, specialized studios, or high-end retreats: real tools to train better, recover better, and take care of the body with intention.
The problem was obvious: the market is full of options, but not always full of clarity. Endless catalogs, undifferentiated products, overblown promises, and little guidance for anyone who wants to invest wisely.
