How Does the 1824 Expand Strength and Balance Work?
The 18 × 24-inch surface creates more room to change foot position than a small square plate. That makes it easier to explore controlled squat, hinge, calf-raise and balance variations without being locked into molded zones. Vertical vibration adds an adjustable muscular and postural challenge. Your stance, speed and chosen exercise determine how the platform becomes part of the session.
