The 2424 uses an all-metal platform rather than a molded plastic housing. It provides a flat 24 × 24-inch training surface, vertical vibration, an external analog controller and a weight capacity of up to 2,400 lb. It is manufactured in Nebraska and includes separate residential and commercial warranty coverage. You are paying for a larger usable surface, straightforward control, substantial construction and long-term support rather than screens, remote controls or preset programs.

Q: What is the difference between the Steel and Aluminum versions?

Both versions provide the same 24 × 24-inch surface, vertical vibration, 10–60 Hz frequency range, 2 mm amplitude and variable-speed controller. The Steel model weighs 100 lb and suits a more permanent setup. The Aluminum model weighs 45 lb and is easier to reposition. Choose based on where the machine will live and how frequently you expect to move it.

Q: Does the VibePlate 2424 oscillate from side to side?

No. The 2424 uses vertical, or linear, vibration and moves straight up and down rather than pivoting from side to side. It operates from 10 to 60 Hz with 2 mm amplitude and maximum acceleration under 2G. You adjust the speed with the external analog controller.

Q: How much space does it need, and will it shake my floor?

The platform measures 24 × 24 inches. Leave additional clearance around it for stepping on and off and for the movements in your routine. Some vibration transfer can occur depending on the speed, flooring and construction of the room, so place the machine on a stable, flat and level surface. If you notice unwanted movement or vibration transfer, stop and reassess the location before continuing.

Q: What comes with the machine, and does it require assembly?

Your order includes the VibePlate 2424 platform and its external variable-speed controller. The machine arrives fully assembled. Once it is safely positioned, connect the controller and plug it into a standard 110V outlet on a suitable 15A circuit.

Q: Can I lose weight just by standing on it?

No exercise product can guarantee weight loss simply by standing on it. You can incorporate the VibePlate into active strength, balance, mobility and recovery-oriented routines, but results depend on how you use it, your overall activity, nutrition and individual circumstances. Begin with a comfortable setting and follow the operating instructions supplied with the machine.

Q: Can I use the VibePlate 2424 at home or in a professional facility?

Yes. The 2424 can be used in residential and commercial environments. Residential use includes a limited lifetime warranty, while commercial use includes a five-year limited warranty. Eligibility, exclusions and claim requirements remain subject to the written warranty terms.

The VibePlate 2424 arrives fully assembled. Position it on a stable, flat and level surface, connect the variable-speed controller and plug the machine into a standard 110V outlet on a suitable 15A circuit.

The Steel model weighs 100 lb, so arrange for assistance when moving it into position. The Aluminum model weighs 45 lb and is easier to reposition. Before ordering, measure doorways, stairs, hallways and tight turns along the intended access route.

Accessories or additional items may ship separately. Inspect the packaging and machine when they arrive. Photograph any visible damage before removing the packaging and contact us promptly so we can help document and resolve the issue.
