How Can Parallel Bars Change Balance and Strength Practice?
Continuous rails let the user select more or less hand support while practicing standing control, weight shifts, squats and gait-related movements. The support stays available without determining the exact exercise. Vertical vibration adds another balance and muscular challenge. The amount of assistance, speed and movement range can then be adjusted to suit the session and the guidance available.
