How Can the Rev Support Short Strength and Balance Sessions?
Vertical vibration creates a rapidly changing surface that asks the muscles involved in posture and stance to keep responding. On the Rev, that stimulus can be incorporated into controlled standing work, calf raises, shallow squats and balance-focused positions. It does not replace purposeful exercise. It gives familiar movements another training variable that you can adjust through speed, stance and session length.
