What Can a 16 × 16-Inch Vibration Platform Add to Your Routine?
The Mini supports more than passive standing. Its flat surface can be used for controlled squat patterns, calf raises, balance positions and supported upper-body work when those movements suit your routine. Vertical vibration adds a changing stimulus while you continue to control alignment, stance and effort. The goal is to make the movement purposeful, not simply to stand on the machine.

At 35 lb, the Mini can remain in a dedicated corner or be repositioned when the room changes purpose.
