Delivery & Assembly

Free shipping is included. Most standard orders ship within 5–60 business days once payment and required order information are complete. Tracking is supplied when available. The floor base requires basic assembly using supplied fasteners, with two adults supporting the panel during attachment and lifting. Inspect the carton, LED surface, housing, fans, controls, cord and base on arrival and record visible damage on the receipt.

One year limited warranty from delivery for the original purchaser. Eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use are covered. A component may be repaired or replaced, or an equivalent replacement supplied. Normal wear, cosmetic marks that do not affect operation, misuse, liquid damage, unsuitable power, unauthorized work and improper setup or maintenance are excluded. Five wavelengths spread across 300 LEDs, with separate controls for red and near infrared output. The panel can run both channels together or focus the session on either range.

Brightness, pulse and time are adjustable from the panel or remote. Begin with a comfortable distance and lower settings, then keep the routine consistent enough to understand how your body responds.

At just under 35 inches tall, the panel brings broad light exposure into a dedicated recovery room, gym or quiet corner of the home. Repositioning allows you to direct the light across different sides or areas of the body.

Choose the Light That Fits the Session

Use the two red wavelengths, the three near infrared wavelengths or both groups together. Separate RED and NIR channels let you return to the same configuration or adjust the light around the focus of the day.

Place the panel in front of the body and choose a consistent distance for the area you want to expose. At 6 inches, the light is concentrated across a 37.8 × 14.2 inch area. At 24 inches, coverage expands to 47.2 × 23.6 inches. Five brightness levels and a timer of up to 30 minutes let the routine develop from a comfortable starting point.
