Why Add Vertical Vibration Before Training?
A warm-up prepares the body for the movements and loads that follow. PreCon3 adds a rapidly changing vertical surface that can challenge the muscles involved in stance, posture and balance during a brief preparation sequence. It does not replace a complete warm-up. It provides another adjustable stimulus that coaches, clinicians and users can integrate before sport, strength work or movement practice.

The raised compact platform gives users a clear place to step on, establish position and complete a short vibration-based preparation block. The analog controller keeps operation direct between users. That repeatability is useful when a facility wants the same preparation step available to multiple athletes, clients or patients without a long setup process or a library of preset programs.
