Unfold the mat beside the bed, in your home gym or wherever you have room to lie down comfortably. Choose a program, set the session length and let that be the point when the workout ends or the evening begins.
OMI PADS delivers low-intensity PEMF through eight copper coils distributed across its full-length surface. Two programs change the frequency automatically. A third lets you select your own frequency between 1 Hz and 99 Hz.
You can keep the first sessions straightforward and use the guided settings. As you become familiar with the controller, manual selection gives you more say over how each session runs. The mat folds after use, so the routine does not require a permanent treatment table or dedicated room.
PEMF systems send timed electrical signals through coils, creating electromagnetic pulses around them. Frequency describes how many pulses occur each second. Intensity describes the strength of the field. OMI PADS reaches 220 µT at 99 Hz and 210 µT at 8 Hz at the surface, using a sine waveform.
