This belt is very comfortable and stays in place. It is easy to use. I started using the belt about a week ago. No change in my back pain, but it takes time when using natural ways to heal. I will keep using my belt for the best results.
I have only just begun to use this belt on my stomach area. I love that there are no cords and the portability of it. It is nice and wide and the velcro on the belt band is super strong. I can't wait to use it on my other body parts such as back and anywhere else that may be sore after a workout.
RLB Red Light Therapy Belt is a must have!!! This belt has so many uses. I love that it helps with my knees and my back. After the first use, I can feel the pain is barely there. I love this red light belt. I purchased it mostly for weight loss, to help tighten the skin around my abdomen. I use it twice a day for 30 minutes. And then switch it around to my back for 30 minutes, mostly due to chronic lower back pain. It does help with pain. I had been to physical therapy last year. They used red light on a painful knee. You can use the red light for any joint that you have pain.
My only regret, is that I didn’t purchase the red light full body mat.
