The mask does not require assembly. Charge it fully with the included USB cable before first use, connect the remote control, adjust the straps and follow the supplied operating instructions.

Setup, Placement & Resources

Placement: Use the mask on clean, dry skin in a dry indoor space. Position the light surface toward the face and adjust the straps until the mask sits securely without excessive pressure.

Session setup: Fully charge the 4000 mAh battery with the included USB cable before first use. Select the intended wavelength mode and one of the three brightness levels using the remote control. Each session runs for 10 minutes and switches off automatically.

Included: Nicebeam LED Red Light Therapy Face Mask, remote control, USB charging cable, travel storage bag and user manual.

Eye safety: Remove contact lenses before use, keep your eyes closed and do not look directly into the illuminated LEDs. Follow all eye safety guidance in the supplied instructions.

Storage: Wipe the mask clean after use and store it inside the travel bag in a cool, dry place. Do not submerge the mask or use harsh or abrasive cleaners.
