Golden Designs provides a limited residential warranty for its hybrid and outdoor saunas. The sauna room, control panel, applicable wiring harnesses and lights are covered for 5 years from the original purchase date when the sauna is properly installed, used and maintained. The stove and heater are covered separately under the applicable heater manufacturer's warranty.
Coverage applies to the original purchaser at the original installation site and covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included. Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, unsuitable surfaces, misuse, insufficient weather protection or inadequate maintenance is not covered.
