The sauna arrives in preassembled wall and roof panels. Assembly takes approximately 2 to 3 hours with two people. Confirm that the delivery path can accommodate the individual panels and that the prepared location can support the complete installed sauna.
A dedicated 240V, 20A circuit and NEMA 6-20P connection are required. Electrical work must comply with local codes and should be completed by a licensed electrician where required. Never use an extension cord, power strip or adapter.
Keep all supplied ventilation openings unobstructed during installation and use.

Warranty
Electrical components are covered for one year. Structural components are covered for two years against manufacturing defects.
Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Normal wear, wood refinishing, natural cosmetic aging and surface changes caused by environmental conditions are excluded.
Proper maintenance and a compliant electrical supply are required. Labor and contractor costs related to installation or warranty service are not covered. Final coverage is governed by the warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Confirm the width and height of doors, hallways, stairs and corners between the delivery point and installation area. The assembled roof is wider and deeper than the sauna base, so include its full dimensions when planning the final position.
Prepare the Installation Area
Choose an area capable of supporting the complete installed sauna. Keep the supplied vents clear and leave access available for inspection and maintenance. Use the included roofing kit when installing the sauna outdoors.
Arrange the Dedicated Electrical Supply
The sauna requires a dedicated 240V, 20A circuit and NEMA 6-20P connection. Do not use an extension cord, adapter or power strip. Electrical installation must comply with applicable local and national codes.
Complete the First Heating Cycle Safely
Rinse the sauna stones with clean water before placing them in the heater, then allow them to drain. Confirm that the controls, heater, lighting and ventilation are operating correctly before the first session. Follow the placement instructions for the stones and never overload the heater.
