Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 7 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

A Red Cedar Hideaway With a Glass Front
The Hanko is a full 2 person indoor traditional sauna for homes where the sauna should feel intimate without feeling closed off.
The cabin measures sixty four inches wide by forty eight inches deep by seventy eight inches high. A clear tempered glass door keeps the front visually open, giving the hot room a lighter presence than a solid wood face.
Inside, Red Cedar surrounds the heat. Outside, natural reforested Canadian Hemlock forms the exterior, giving the inner hot room and the outer shell different material roles.
The 6.0 kW stove with built in controls creates the traditional sauna experience, with a listed ideal stove range of 170 to 185°F and heat up to 190°F.
Inside, the specification lists an Oversize Interior Chromotherapy Color Lighting System plus Red Light Therapy Feature, FM station, Bluetooth connection and built in Performance Speakers.

Maintenance is simple, but important for the long-term life of the wood.
After each session, wipe the benches and backrests with a damp cloth to remove sweat. Removable benches are helpful because they make it easier to deep clean the lower area, where skin particles and moisture can build up.
For deeper cleaning, use only diluted white vinegar and water or cleaners specifically approved for sauna wood. Avoid bleach, ammonia, or solvents, as the wood may absorb them and release unwanted fumes when heated.
After use, remove damp towels and leave the door slightly open for about 30 minutes. Mechanical ventilation or an exhaust fan should continue running so the cabin can dry fully and reduce the risk of mold, especially in indoor installations.
Inspect the sauna stones annually. Over time, stones can erode and block airflow, which may overheat the heating elements and reduce efficiency.
