You finish training and reach for water. Echo Flask adds dissolved hydrogen to it in the bottle you carry. The standard cycle takes 10 minutes, so you can make a serving around the time you plan to drink it.
That matters because dissolved hydrogen gradually leaves water after it is made. Echo Flask lets you prepare it at the gym, at home, or after a sauna session, instead of relying on a bottle prepared earlier in the day.

PEM technology with an oxygen vent port
Echo Flask uses a proton exchange membrane and titanium electrodes coated with platinum to generate hydrogen. An oxygen vent releases oxygen produced during the process. The drinking chamber is made from PPSU, and the bottle has a touchscreen for starting a cycle.

How to use the Echo Flask after training or a sauna session
Fill and close. Add filtered or purified drinking water to the shoulder of the bottle, leaving room at the top. Secure the cap.
Start the cycle. Hold the pressure release point on the cap for 3 to 5 seconds. Swipe up on the screen and press Play.
Release and drink. When the cycle ends, hold the pressure release point again for 3 to 5 seconds before opening. Drink the water soon after making it.
Charge and care. Recharge through USB-C. Wash the inside regularly with mild soap and a soft bottle brush. Do not put the Flask in the dishwasher or submerge it.

Swipe up on the screen and press Play to start a cycle. The timer counts down on the bottle, and your serving is ready when it reaches zero.
A cap that releases the pressure
The cap has a pressure release point. Hold it for 3 to 5 seconds before each cycle, and again when the cycle ends, before you open the bottle.
