Step out of the four person sauna and into deep upright water beneath the same covered setting. The inflatable barrel keeps its footprint compact and can cool or heat from 35°F to 107°F. The bundle gives the barrel a natural place beside the cabin and brings the complete package together at a better combined price.

The sauna arrives in preassembled panels, including the covered deck extension, roofing system, volcanic stones, bucket and ladle. Plan a clear path from the delivery point to the installation area for the panels and sauna components.

The Inflatable Barrel Plunge ships as a separate barrel and 0.8 HP chiller, with a combined dry weight of approximately 130 lb (40 lb barrel, 90 lb chiller), intended for placement on the covered deck. Its final position should be prepared before delivery.

Confirm that the installation area is level, stable and suitable for the dimensions and operating weight of each piece. The sauna requires a dedicated 240V / 50A circuit with a NEMA 6-50P connection.

Dimensions, Access & Placement

Plan for the sauna, covered deck extension and plunge within the same connected structure.

The combined base measures 67.31" L by 145.1" W and stands 82" high at the front with the roof installed. The Inflatable Barrel Plunge measures 31.5" in diameter by 43" H, with its chiller measuring 16" W by 18" D by 18" H.

Place the barrel and chiller to preserve comfortable entry around both the sauna door and the deck, keeping the route between them clear and allowing practical access for cleaning and routine care.

Before delivery, confirm the complete access path rather than checking only the final room. Doorways, gates, turns, stairs and overhead clearance all affect how the sauna panels, deck extension and assembled plunge reach their positions.

Warranty

Revive provides a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty from the delivery date for standard cold plunge tubs and chillers. It applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal intended operation. Revive may repair components or provide replacement parts at its discretion.

The warranty excludes problems caused by improper installation, unsuitable electrical supply, environmental exposure, freezing, poor water treatment or missed maintenance. Accessories, filters, consumables, normal aging, labor and contractor fees are not covered.

The four person Hemlock cabin uses an 8 kW Harvia stone heater. According to the manufacturer, it reaches temperatures up to 194°F.

Upright Immersion from 35°F to 107°F

The external 0.8 HP chiller can cool or heat the barrel plunge across the manufacturer stated range.

A Compact Plunge for the Covered Extension

The barrel uses less floor length than a reclining tub. Drop stitch PVC keeps the format inflatable while providing structure.
