Delivery & Assembly
Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 3 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

Forty two inches of depth, and no roof edge on top of it. Every other three person cabin in the range needs forty four or forty five, and then adds another four inches for the overhang. That is a seven inch difference against the wall, which is the difference between a cabin you walk past and one you walk around.
Sixty inches wide, so the bench is the same length as the deeper cabins. What this one gives up is the depth of the seat, not the number of seats.
