Warmth from underneath
A dedicated heating element under the floor panel, on top of the six carbon panels around the cabin. Heat rises. Warming the floor means the air at your feet is not the coldest part of the cabin, and you are not sitting with a warm back and cold ankles. It is the single most noticeable upgrade between one person models.
The line the house already has
The Barcelona runs on a dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit with its own breaker. Fifteen amps is the rating most American homes already use in living areas, so this is a shorter job for an electrician than the larger cabins, which need twenty. The panels start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

Dedicated Electrical Line
The 1600 W sauna requires a dedicated 120V receptacle and 15 amp breaker. Position the outlet before assembly begins.
Curbside Arrival
The sauna arrives by LTL freight. Measure the route from the curb to the final room and plan for two people to carry the clasp together components.
Indoor Placement
The exterior measures 36 inches plus 2 inches in depth, 39 inches wide and 77 inches high. Choose a flat, level indoor surface and keep the door area clear.
First Warm Up
Assemble the clasp together panels in their final position and connect the sauna to its dedicated circuit. The documented time to full preheat is approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Clear answers about temperature, installation, ventilation and warranty.

One-person Low EMF infrared sauna
Most infrared cabins leave your feet out of it. You sit down, the panels warm your back and your sides, and the floor stays the temperature of the room.
The Barcelona puts a heater under the floor. That is the whole difference, and it is the kind of difference you feel in the first ten minutes rather than read about afterwards. Six carbon panels and 1600 watts around the body, and a seventh source of heat underneath it.
Thirty nine by thirty eight inches on the floor. It takes about the same space as an armchair, and it is built to be lived with rather than admired: a towel rack within reach, a magazine rack beside the bench, and a shelf for your phone so it is not sitting on the wood.
Clear tempered glass on the door, so the cabin keeps the light in the room rather than blocking it.
It suits the person who trains and treats the session as part of the work, and the person building a routine for the long run, for sleep and skin as much as for recovery. Cold feet are the reason people cut a session short. This is the model that removes that.
