A dedicated 20 amp line
The Lugano Full Spectrum runs on a dedicated 120V 20 amp circuit with its own breaker. That is heavier than the fifteen the smaller full spectrum cabins use. It is a longer visit from an electrician and it is worth booking before the pallet arrives rather than after. The emitters start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

DELIVERY PLANNING
The sauna arrives in three boxes by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Clear the route indoors and arrange for two people to lift and position the components.
CONFIRM THE FIT
The exterior measures 45 inches plus 4.3 inches deep, 60 inches wide and 75 inches high. Choose a dry indoor location and verify the complete footprint, room height and access route.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
The 2200-watt sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 20-amp receptacle and breaker. Have the appropriate power supply ready before cabin assembly begins.
BUILD & BEGIN
Two people are recommended to lift and join the clasp-together cabin sections. Allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for full preheating, then begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Seven far infrared panels and two near infrared elements. That is the highest count Dynamic puts in anything under four seats, and they are spread around sixty inches of width rather than concentrated behind the middle seat.
A heated floor underneath. On a bench this long warm air rises and the ends are where it stops reaching, so the floor is what keeps the far seat from being the cold one.
Bronze privacy glass on the door, which is what lets a cabin this size live in a room the rest of the household walks through rather than one you keep shut.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 3 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

Yes. The bench runs the width of the cabin and seats three side by side.
Near infrared alongside the far infrared. Near infrared sits closer to the skin; which of the two you want is a personal call.
We would recommend having one run a dedicated 20 amp line before your delivery date. This cabin needs more than the fifteen amps the smaller ones use, so it is a longer job. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Not clearly. The bronze tint means the cabin reads as a dark panel from outside while you still see out from the bench and daylight still comes in.

Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
