24-Inch Whole Body Vibration Machine – VibePlate 2424

The 2424 uses an all metal platform rather than a molded plastic housing. It provides a flat 24 × 24-inch training surface, vertical vibration, an external analog controller and a weight capacity of up to 2,400 lb. It is manufactured in Nebraska and includes separate residential and commercial warranty coverage. You are paying for a larger usable surface, straightforward control, substantial construction and long-term support rather than screens, remote controls or preset programs.

You can also pay over time with Shop Pay Installments, with monthly payments and 0% APR options for eligible buyers.

Both versions deliver exactly the same performance: the same 24 × 24-inch surface, vertical vibration, 10 to 60 Hz frequency range, 2 mm amplitude and 2,400 lb weight capacity.

Choose the Steel model (100 lb) if the plate will stay in one place, such as a home gym, training room or clinic. Its extra mass gives maximum stability. Choose the Aluminum model (45 lb) if you plan to move it between rooms or store it when you are not using it. You get the same all metal build at less than half the weight.

No. The 2424 moves straight up and down and does not pivot from side to side.

Oscillating plates rock like a seesaw. That gentle swaying motion is popular for relaxation. Vertical vibration works differently: the whole platform rises and falls as one, so the load travels along the long axis of your bones and both legs work at the same time. That is why vertical vibration is often preferred for neuromuscular strength work and for routines that may help support bone density.

The 2424 runs from 10 to 60 Hz with 2 mm amplitude and maximum acceleration under 2G. You adjust the speed with the external analog controller.

The platform measures 24 × 24 inches. Leave additional clearance around it for stepping on and off and for the movements in your routine. Some vibration transfer can occur depending on the speed, flooring and construction of the room, so place the machine on a stable, flat and level surface. If you notice unwanted movement or vibration transfer, stop and reassess the location before continuing.

Your order includes the VibePlate 2424 platform and its external variable speed controller. The machine arrives fully assembled. Once it is safely positioned, connect the controller and plug it into a standard 110V outlet on a suitable 15A circuit.

No exercise product can guarantee weight loss simply by standing on it. You can incorporate the VibePlate into active strength, balance, mobility and recovery-oriented routines, but results depend on how you use it, your overall activity, nutrition and individual circumstances. Begin with a comfortable setting and follow the operating instructions supplied with the machine.

Yes. The 2424 can be used in residential and commercial environments. Residential use includes a limited lifetime warranty, while commercial use includes a five year limited warranty. Eligibility, exclusions and claim requirements remain subject to the written warranty terms.

Consult your physician or another qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, are recovering from surgery or injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether whole body vibration is appropriate for you. This is especially important if you have osteoporosis, cardiovascular or neurological conditions, epilepsy, balance difficulties, thrombosis, a pacemaker, joint implants, retinal conditions, severe diabetes, an acute hernia, severe migraines, tumors or other circumstances that may require individualized guidance. The VibePlate 2424 is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Medical note: whole body vibration platforms are fitness and wellness equipment. If you have a pre-existing condition or an implanted device, always check with your specialist before use.
