This sauna ships via LTL freight and arrives curbside in three boxes, roughly four hundred thirty five pounds total.
Someone needs to be present to accept delivery and move the boxes from the curb into the home. A pallet jack or dolly makes this considerably easier.
The cabin uses a clasp together panel system designed for two people to assemble without special tools, typically in two to three hours.
Inspect all boxes for shipping damage before signing for delivery, and photograph anything that looks off before the carrier leaves.
If you would rather not assemble it yourself, we can help arrange local assembly support.

The Largest Two Person Cabin in the Ultra Low EMF Range
At fifty inches wide and forty two inches deep on the floor, the Venice Elite is the widest two person cabin in the Ultra Low EMF range. Inside, that translates to forty three by thirty seven inches of usable space.
Interior height is seventy inches, the tallest of any two person cabin Dynamic makes. If you are tall, or simply do not like feeling boxed in, this is the model built with that in mind.
It carries the Ultra Low EMF rating: 1 mG or less at five inches from the panels, and 2.5 mG or less at one inch, the distance that actually matters when you are seated inside.
Six Ultra Low EMF carbon panels run on a single dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit, the same standard line most one person cabins use, despite the larger footprint.
Exterior height is seventy seven inches. Measure your ceiling, and any ducting or beams along the delivery route, before you order.
It ships in three boxes at roughly three hundred seventy five pounds for the sauna itself, four hundred twenty five pounds including packaging.

After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 3 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included. Shipping weight is 425 lb across the 3 boxes.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Warranty
For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.
