Delivery & Assembly
Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 2 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

The Two Person Ultra Low EMF Sauna With the Most Panels per Seat

Forty inches deep. Every other two person cabin in the Dynamic range needs at least forty two, and several need forty six once you count the roof. Six inches is the difference between a cabin that sits flush and one that blocks a doorway.
Seven carbon panels and 1600 watts, which is the highest count Dynamic puts in a two person cabin. Two behind the bench, two on each side wall, one below. Divide that by two seats rather than three or four and you get the highest emitter surface per person in the whole range.
And it carries the Ultra Low EMF rating: 1 mG or less at five inches from the panels, and 2.5 mG or less at one inch. Both distances published, so you can go and check them.
