PREPARE FOR DELIVERY
The sauna ships in two boxes with a combined shipping weight of 365 pounds and arrives curbside by LTL freight. Clear the route indoors and arrange for a second person to help with lifting.
MEASURE THE LOCATION
The exterior measures 42 inches plus 2 inches deep, 47 inches wide and 75 inches high; the interior is 43 by 37 by 68 inches. Confirm the dry indoor space and all doorways and turns before delivery.
POWER REQUIREMENTS
The 1700-watt cabin requires a dedicated 120V, 15-amp receptacle and breaker. Make sure the connection is ready in the installation area before assembling the sauna.
ASSEMBLY & WARM-UP
The 335-pound sauna uses clasp-together construction, with two people recommended for lifting. Allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes to preheat and begin your first session within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Twenty minutes at the end of the day, with the person you would actually want there. The Versailles is built so nothing about your house has to change first.
Going from one seat to two normally brings a second decision with it, and it is the bigger one: a 20 amp circuit, which means a longer visit from an electrician and a run of heavier cable.
This cabin does not ask for that. Seventeen hundred watts across six carbon panels, plus a heated floor, on the same dedicated 15 amp line the one person cabins use. Two seats, and your electrical work stays where it was.
Forty seven by forty four inches on the floor. That is a real two seat bench, wide enough that neither of you is negotiating for shoulder room, and it still sits along a wall in a room you already have.
The floor heater is what makes it work for two. In a wider cabin the air stratifies more, so warming the floor keeps the temperature even from the ground up instead of pooling at the top.
Clear tempered glass on the door, and it is fitted for regular use: towel rack, magazine rack and a shelf for a phone.
If you both train, this is the cabin that makes the session the thing you do at the end of the day instead of one more thing to schedule.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 2 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included. Shipping weight is 365 lb across the 2 boxes.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

We would recommend having one run a dedicated 15 amp line before your delivery date. Fifteen amps is the standard most homes already use, so it is a short visit. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.

Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
