DELIVERY DAY
The sauna arrives in two boxes by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Arrange for two people to move the components and clear the route to the installation room before arrival.
CONFIRM THE SPACE
The assembled cabin measures 40 inches deep, 46 inches wide and 75 inches high. Select a dry indoor location and verify that the components can pass through each doorway and turn.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
This 1700-watt sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 15-amp receptacle and breaker. Prepare the correct electrical supply in the chosen location before assembly.
ASSEMBLY & FIRST SESSION
Two people are recommended to lift and connect the clasp-together sections. After installation, allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for full preheating and begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Forty inches deep. Every other two person cabin in the Dynamic range needs at least forty two, and several need forty six once you count the roof.
That gap sounds small until you are the one measuring the wall in a spare room. Six inches is the difference between a cabin that sits flush and one that blocks a doorway.
Seven carbon panels and 1700 watts, which is the highest panel count in the two person range. Two behind the bench, two on each side wall, one below. In a cabin this compact the panels sit close to you, so there is very little distance for the heat to cross.
Forty six by forty inches on the floor, seventy five inches tall, and clear tempered glass on the door so the room behind it keeps its light.
Nothing is bolted to the walls and there is no floor heater. What you get instead is the panel count and the footprint, which is the trade this cabin was designed to make.
If you share a schedule with someone and the only wall you have is a short one, this is the two seat cabin that fits it.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 2 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

Yes. The bench seats two side by side with room at the shoulders. It is the most compact two person cabin in the range, so it is a seated cabin for two rather than one you stretch out in.
It puts more emitter surface around you, and in a cabin this compact the panels sit closer to your body. Whether that is worth more than a heated floor depends on you, which is why we sell both.
We would recommend having one run a dedicated 15 amp line before your delivery date. Fifteen amps is the standard most homes already use, so it is a short visit. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.

Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
