The San Marino runs on a dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit with its own breaker. That is the same requirement as a one person cabin. Most two person models step up to twenty amps, which is a bigger job. Here an electrician runs the dedicated line in a short visit. The panels start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

BEFORE DELIVERY
The sauna ships in two boxes with a combined shipping weight of 375 pounds and arrives curbside by LTL freight. Clear the route indoors and have a second person available for lifting.
SPACE PLANNING
The exterior measures 42 inches plus 2 inches deep, 47 inches wide and 75 inches high; the interior is 43 by 37 by 68 inches. Confirm both the dry indoor installation area and every point along the delivery route.
ELECTRICAL SETUP
The 1700-watt system requires a dedicated 120V, 15-amp receptacle and breaker. Have the electrical connection ready before the cabin components are assembled.
ASSEMBLY & WARM-UP
The 320-pound cabin connects through clasp-together construction and requires two people for lifting. Allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes to reach full preheat and begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Twenty minutes at the end of the day, with the person you would actually want there, and nothing about your house has to change first.
Going from one seat to two usually brings a second decision with it, and it is the bigger one: a 20 amp circuit, heavier cable, a longer visit from an electrician. This cabin does not ask for that. Seventeen hundred watts across six carbon panels, plus a heated floor, on the same dedicated 15 amp line the one person models use.
Forty seven by forty four inches on the floor. A real two seat bench, wide enough that neither of you is negotiating for shoulder room, and it still sits along a wall in a room you already have.
The floor heater is what makes it work for two. A wider cabin holds more air and warm air rises, so warming the floor keeps the temperature even from the ground up instead of pooling above your heads.
Clear tempered glass on the door, and it is fitted for regular use: towel rack, magazine rack, a shelf for a phone.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 2 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included. Shipping weight is 375 lb across the 2 boxes.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

No. It runs on a dedicated 15 amp line, the same as the one person models. That usually means a shorter visit from an electrician.

We would recommend having one run a dedicated 15 amp line before your delivery date. Fifteen amps is the standard most homes already use, so it is a short visit. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
No. It needs to plug directly into its own dedicated receptacle.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
