The Lucca runs on a dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit with its own breaker. That is the same requirement as a one person cabin, so an electrician runs the dedicated line in a short visit rather than the longer job a 20 amp circuit needs. The panels start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

DELIVERY PLANNING
The sauna ships in two boxes with a combined shipping weight of 385 pounds and arrives by curbside LTL freight. Arrange for two people to move the components and prepare the entire route indoors.
CHECK THE FIT
The exterior measures 42 inches deep, 48 inches wide and 75 inches high; the interior measures 44 by 38 by 68 inches. Choose a dry indoor position with enough room for assembly and comfortable access.
POWER PREPARATION
The 1700-watt sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 15-amp receptacle and breaker. Confirm the connection in the installation area before the cabin is put together.
BUILD & BEGIN
The 330-pound cabin uses clasp-together construction, with two people recommended for lifting. Once assembled, allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes to preheat and start within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Two-person Low EMF infrared sauna
Across the two person range you normally choose between panel count and a heated floor. Here you do not have to.
Seven carbon panels and 1700 watts, which is the highest count Dynamic puts in a two seat cabin. Two behind the bench, two on each side wall, one below. And a separate heating element under the floor, so the warmth arrives from beneath your feet as well as behind your shoulders.
Both together is what makes a two seat cabin work properly. Panels alone leave your ankles in the coolest air in the room. A heated floor alone leaves the ends of the bench short of emitters.
Forty eight by forty two inches on the floor, seventy five tall. Clear tempered glass on the door, and it is fitted for daily use rather than occasional: towel rack, magazine rack, a shelf for your phone.
And it still runs on a standard dedicated 15 amp line.
Seven panels and a heated floor for two: nobody gets the cool end of the bench and nobody gets cold feet.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 2 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included. Shipping weight is 385 lb across the 2 boxes.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

We would recommend having one run a dedicated 15 amp line before your delivery date. Fifteen amps is the standard most homes already use, so it is a short visit. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
No. It needs to plug directly into its own dedicated receptacle.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
