DELIVERY DAY
The sauna ships in two boxes by LTL freight and is delivered curbside. Arrange for two people to move the components indoors and clear the route from the delivery point beforehand.
CHOOSE THE LOCATION
The assembled cabin measures 40 inches deep, 46 inches wide and 75 inches high. It is designed for indoor use, so select a dry location with sufficient room for installation and everyday access.
POWER PREPARATION
The 1700-watt system requires its own 120V, 15-amp receptacle and breaker. Confirm that the dedicated electrical supply is ready before the cabin is assembled.
ASSEMBLY & PREHEAT
Clasp-together construction simplifies installation, with two people recommended for lifting. Allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for preheating and begin in the ideal 118–132°F range before making small adjustments.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 2 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Assembly is clasp together and needs no special tools. Two people are recommended for the lifting. The cabin requires a dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit and breaker, so book the electrician before your delivery date rather than after.
For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

Clear answers to help you get the most out of your sauna
Yes. The bench seats two side by side with room at the shoulders. It is a seated cabin for two rather than one you stretch out in.
The fittings. Same cabin, same seven emitters, same footprint. This one has a towel rack, magazine rack and phone shelf; the Santiago has an interior reading light instead.
Near infrared alongside the far infrared. Near infrared sits closer to the skin; which of the two you want is a personal call.

We would recommend having one run a dedicated 15 amp line before your delivery date. Fifteen amps is the standard most homes already use, so it is a short visit. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
