Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 2 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.
Prefer professional help? An independent third-party assembly service can be booked in most areas; availability, booking and payment are handled directly by that service and are not included with your purchase.

Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.
