Delivery & Assembly
Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 3 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

The Two Person Corner Ultra Low EMF Sauna That Makes Every Inch Count
Every room has a corner doing nothing. A lamp in it, maybe a plant. It is the part of the floor plan a rectangular cabin cannot reach, because pushing a box into a corner still leaves two triangles of dead space behind it.
This one is cut for that corner. The back is angled to sit flush against two walls at once, so the cabin occupies space you were not using rather than space you were walking through.
Seven carbon panels and 1700 watts, plus a heated floor. The angled walls put the emitters at more angles to you than a straight backed cabin does, and with floor heat underneath the warmth arrives from below as well as around.
And it carries the Ultra Low EMF rating: 1 mG or less at five inches from the panels, and 2.5 mG or less at one inch. Both distances published.
