Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 1 box. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Most one person cabins leave your feet out of it. You sit down, the panels warm your back and your sides, and the floor stays the temperature of the room. This one puts a heater under the floor, and that is the difference you feel in the first ten minutes rather than read about afterwards.

Fifteen amps is the rating most American homes already use in living areas, so this is a shorter job for an electrician than the larger cabins, which need twenty.
The panels start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.
