How do delivery and optional assembly work?
Saunas ship by LTL freight on a pallet, curbside only. The driver lowers it at your curb, driveway or garage entrance and does not carry it inside. If you have stairs, a basement or an apartment, ask us about inside delivery and installation assistance for an additional cost call or email us and we’ll tell you what’s available for your address.

Do I need an electrician?
Most of our cabins run on a standard household outlet. Each product page states the exact voltage, amperage and plug type in its specifications table. If a model needs a dedicated circuit, we say so before you buy, not after.
Will it fit through my door and in my room?
Every product page lists the exact carton dimensions and the assembled footprint. Measure your doorways, hallway turns and stairwell before ordering, and check the footprint against the spot where you plan to put it, leave a few extra inches on the door side so it opens fully. It takes five minutes and it’s the single most common reason a delivery, or a return, goes wrong. Call us and we’ll walk through it with you.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty terms differ by cabin, heaters and electronics, and each product page states all three separately along with the term length. Coverage is handled by us directly, in the US. If something fails, you call a person, not a form.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Assembly is clasp together and needs no special tools. Two people are recommended for the lifting. The cabin requires a dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit and breaker, so book the electrician before your delivery date rather than after.
For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

In a cabin this size the panels are close, and that is the point. There is no distance for the heat to cross before it reaches you, and the bench panel means the warmth arrives from below as well as behind.

The Avila runs on a dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit with its own breaker.
Fifteen amps is the rating most American homes already use in living areas, so the electrical work here is a smaller job than on the larger cabins, which need twenty.
The panels start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

Yes, in most cases. At 73 inches it is the shortest cabin Dynamic builds, and it clears a standard seven foot basement ceiling with room to spare. Measure your lowest point, ducting included, before you order.
Because the panel count and the wattage are the same across the one person range. What changes between models is the extras: a floor heater, bronze glass, racks and shelves. The Avila is the one without them.
We would recommend having one run a dedicated 15 amp line before your delivery date. Fifteen amps is the standard most homes already use, so it is a short visit. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
No. The Avila needs to plug directly into its own dedicated receptacle.

Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.

The One Person Infrared Sauna Built to Clear a Low Ceiling
Your own heat, in your own house, whenever you want it. The Avila exists so that a low ceiling stops being the reason you do not have that.
Seventy three inches tall. Four inches shorter than the tallest one person cabin in the range, and those four inches decide whether it goes in your basement or it does not.
Basements are where these end up, and basement ceilings are where the plan dies. Ductwork, joists, a dropped ceiling from a renovation nobody thought about. This is the cabin built for that room.
What it gives up in height it keeps in heat. Seven carbon panels and 1600 watts: two behind your back, two on each side wall, and one under the bench, so the warmth reaches your legs rather than stopping at the seat. That is the same panel count as the cabins four inches taller.
Thirty nine by thirty six inches on the floor, about the footprint of a reading chair. Clear tempered glass on the door so you sit in the warmth looking out at your own room.
Nothing is bolted to the walls and nothing is tinted. Seven panels, a bench, a door. What this cabin has is the heat and the ceiling clearance, which is what you came for.

Who should not use an infrared sauna?
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, have multiple sclerosis, or have unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis, uncontrolled hypertension or an active fever. Speak to your physician first if you have any cardiovascular condition, controlled hypertension, diabetes, a condition affecting thermoregulation, or if you are over 65 or taking medication that affects heat tolerance.
Remove all transdermal medication patches before every session. Heat can increase how much medication the skin absorbs by 2 to 5 times the normal dose — the FDA has issued specific warnings about this for fentanyl patches, so treat it as a serious step, not a formality.

Care & maintenance
How do I clean and maintain it?
Wipe the bench, backrest and walls with a cloth and warm water after every session. Once a week, use a 1:1 white vinegar and water solution. Never use bleach, ammonia or solvent cleaners they damage the wood and the heating panels. Leave the door open for 30 minutes after each session so moisture escapes, and hang towels outside the cabin rather than leaving them on the bench. Do those two things and odour is a non-issue.
