Assembly uses clasp together construction, no tools or hardware required. We recommend two people for lifting the panels into place.
Most owners have the cabin fully assembled within an hour. If you would rather not assemble it yourself, an independent third-party assembly service can be booked in most areas.
Before delivery, have an electrician run a dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit with its own breaker to the installation site. This is a standard household circuit, so it is typically a short visit.

Warranty
The Dynamic Martin is covered by a 5 year warranty on heating components and electronics, and a 1 year warranty on the wood structure and cabin.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper electrical installation, or normal wear such as fading or minor surface marks on the wood.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. Contact our support team to start a claim.

Near and Far Infrared in a Cabin the Size of an Armchair
Full spectrum infrared usually means a heavier electrical draw, since the cabin is running both near and far infrared emitters at once.
The Martin is the exception. Four far infrared carbon panels and two near infrared elements, six emitters total, run on 1700 watts from a dedicated 15 amp circuit, the same requirement as a one person low EMF cabin.
Near and far infrared reach the body differently, and which one you prefer is largely personal. Rather than choosing between them, the Martin gives you both in a single cabin.
The floor measures 39 inches by 36 inches with a 77 inch interior height. If you are six foot five, measure your basement ceiling before ordering.
It is built from natural reforested Canadian Hemlock with a clear tempered glass door, interior chromotherapy lighting, Bluetooth and MP3 auxiliary audio with built in speakers, and a towel rack, magazine rack and phone shelf.

The emitters start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 1 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.
