The complete station, on one wall
The BenchK 733 is a Swedish ladder with nine solid beech rungs on a powder coated steel frame. It mounts to the wall, rests on the floor and stands 94.5 in tall.
It comes with three attachments: a steel pull up bar that hooks onto any rung and flips into a barbell rest, a dip bar with back support, and a workout bench for flat and incline work.
Every rung is hand oiled three times with food grade linseed oil, with no varnish. The frame is load tested to 330 lb, certified to European safety standards for gymnastic equipment, and its metal parts are covered for 10 years.
CONVERTIBLE PULL UP BAR
Pull ups at any height, then a barbell rest
Felt lined hooks hold the bar on any rung without marking the wood. Set it to your height, or flip it into a barbell rest rated to 441 lb.
WORKOUT BENCH
Flat or incline, against the ladder
A polyurethane bench with an incline seat and leg support rollers. Use it for sit ups, presses and seated dumbbell work.

Who makes it
Swedish wall bars, built like furniture
BenchK was founded in Poland in 2015 by Vadym and Irena Zemlianyi. Their goal was a wall bar made for the modern home.
Every unit is built in its own facility in Rzeszów, where the beech, the steel and the polyurethane are finished under one roof. In 2022 BenchK won the FIBO Innovation Award and opened its US warehouse in Florida.
