SUPPORTED PILATES TEACHING
DESIGNED FOR INSTRUCTION
The low seat and compact height make it easier for an instructor to observe the user and guide positioning. The base supports both seated and kneeling work according to the selected exercise.
SPRING CONNECTED SUPPORT

A simple setup plan
Plan the Chair Area
The Baby Chair measures 46.46 inches long and 15.55 inches wide, with a maximum height of 33.27 inches. Allow clear access around the seat, handles and moving back support.
Check the Route
Measure doors, corridors and turns before moving the chair into its final room. Keep enough width around the wooden handles and back support throughout the route.
Prepare the Surface
Choose a flat, level surface where the entire frame can remain supported. Keep the working area clear in front of the seat and around both handles.
First Use
Before the first session, confirm that both long springs are connected to the handles and moving back support as directed. Move each handle through its working path before adding a full exercise.

SUPPORTED PILATES TEACHING
The Elina Pilates Baby Chair uses a low seat, moving padded back support and two spring connected handles to create a distinct teaching apparatus.
The user can sit or kneel on the base while working with the classic wooden handles. Two long springs connect the handles to the moving back support and provide resistance through the movement.
Its smaller scale gives an instructor closer access to observe positioning and provide guidance. The solid maple structure, stainless steel components and non slip upholstery support regular use.
This is not a Wunda Chair and it does not use a foot pedal. Its configuration is centered on the back support, handles and low seated or kneeling positions.
