Red cedar has a strong, warm smell that gets stronger with heat. Most people who buy cedar buy it partly for that. Some people do not want a scented room, and for them the same cabin in hemlock is nearly odourless. It is worth deciding before a three hundred pound pallet arrives. The panels start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

The sauna arrives curbside in three boxes by LTL freight. Clear the route indoors and arrange for two people to assist with lifting and positioning.
MEASURE THE SPACE
The exterior measures 42 inches plus 5.9 inches deep, 74 inches wide and 75 inches high. Confirm the complete dry indoor footprint, room height and access route before delivery.
POWER REQUIREMENTS
This 2160-watt sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 20-amp receptacle and breaker. Have the correct electrical supply ready before assembling the cabin.
BUILD & BEGIN
Two people are recommended to lift and connect the clasp-together cabin sections. Once installed, allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for full preheating and begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Almost nobody buys a four person cabin for four people. You buy it for the sixth foot of bench, and this one gives you six foot two.
Seventy four inches. The Dynamic four person cabins stop at seventy or seventy one, which takes an adult lying flat and nothing spare. Three inches is the difference between fitting and having room over your head.
Building that span in Canadian Red Cedar is the other half of it. Cedar is among the most dimensionally stable softwoods there is, and over six feet a wood that moves is a wood you notice.
It also smells of cedar, which for most people who choose it is the point. The hemlock version of this cabin is nearly odourless if that suits you better.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 3 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Assembly is clasp together and needs no special tools. Two people are recommended for the lifting. The cabin requires a dedicated 120V 20 amp circuit and breaker, so book the electrician before your delivery date rather than after.
For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
