Canadian Red Cedar is among the most dimensionally stable softwoods available. Every heat cycle makes wood expand and then contract again. Over a few hundred sessions that is what opens a seam between two panels. Cedar moves less through that cycle than the alternatives, and on a cabin sixty four inches wide there is more span for it to matter across.
The 2024 specification
A touch screen control panel inside the cabin, with FM station, Bluetooth and an MP3 auxiliary connection built into it. Maxxus moved the controls inside on the updated models, so there is nothing on the exterior to reach for. You set the temperature and the timer from the bench. The panels start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

DELIVERY DAY
The sauna arrives in three boxes by LTL freight with curbside service. Clear the complete route indoors and arrange for two people to help lift and position the components.
MEASURE THE SPACE
The exterior measures 44 inches plus 5.9 inches deep, 64 inches wide and 75 inches high. Confirm the complete dry indoor footprint, ceiling height and access route before delivery.
POWER PREPARATION
This 2100-watt sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 20-amp receptacle and breaker. Have the correct electrical supply ready before assembling the cabin.
BUILD & BEGIN
Two people are recommended to lift and connect the clasp-together sections. Once installed, allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for full preheating and begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Three-person low EMF red cedar infrared sauna
A sauna is the only thing in your house that goes from room temperature to 140°F and back again, several times a week, for years. That cycle is what eventually cups a panel or opens a seam.
Canadian Red Cedar is the answer to it. It is among the most dimensionally stable softwoods there is: it swells and shrinks less than almost anything else a cabin could be built from.
Sixty four inches across, which is three inches more than any other three person cabin in the range and lands exactly where three adults sit shoulder to shoulder.
The controls are inside. A touch screen within reach of the bench handles temperature, timer, FM station, Bluetooth and the MP3 input, and there is no panel on the outside at all.
Seven carbon panels and 2100 watts on a dedicated 20 amp line, with a heated floor underneath. Bronze tinted glass across the front, accent lighting around the exterior, oversize chromotherapy inside.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 3 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Assembly is clasp together and needs no special tools. Two people are recommended for the lifting. The cabin requires a dedicated 120V 20 amp circuit and breaker, so book the electrician before your delivery date rather than after.
For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

We would recommend having one run a dedicated 20 amp line before your delivery date, and booking it early. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
