The sauna arrives in five boxes by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Plan the complete route indoors and arrange for two people to help handle the components.
CONFIRM THE FIT
The exterior measures 50 inches plus 4.5 inches deep, 58 inches wide and 74 inches high. Verify the full dry indoor footprint, room height and access route before arrival.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
This 2700-watt sauna requires two dedicated 120V, 15-amp non-GFCI receptacles and breakers. Have both connections ready at the installation site before assembly.
ASSEMBLY & WARM-UP
Two people are recommended to lift and join the clasp-together sections. Allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for full preheating, then begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Three-person full spectrum infrared sauna
Most three person cabins are three seats in a row against a shallow wall. This one is built the other way.
Fifty inches of depth, plus a roof edge that adds four and a half, and fifty eight inches across. That depth is what a four person cabin usually has, and here it goes to three people.
Nine full spectrum emitters and 2700 watts, the same emitter count as the four person model. Near infrared alongside the far infrared.
It runs on **two** separate 120V 15 amp circuits rather than one, with non GFCI outlets specified by the manufacturer. Tell the electrician before the visit.
Zero milligauss measured three inches from the panels, and 1 mG at one inch.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 5 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Assembly is clasp together and needs no special tools. Two people are recommended for the lifting. The cabin requires the two dedicated 15 amp lines this cabin needs, so book the electrician before your delivery date rather than after.
For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

Because it draws 2700 watts, which is more than a single 15 amp line carries. Golden Designs splits it across two dedicated 15 amp circuits, and specifies non GFCI outlets.
Depth and power. This one is fifty inches deep with nine emitters and 2700 watts; the GDI-8030-03 is forty one inches deep with eight emitters and 2200 watts, on a single 20 amp circuit.
Five, on one pallet. More boxes make the route into the house easier than the assembled footprint suggests.

We would recommend having one run the two dedicated 15 amp lines this cabin needs before your delivery date. It runs on two separate circuits rather than one, so tell the electrician that before the visit. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
