The cabin runs on a dedicated 120V 20 amp circuit with its own breaker. Twenty amps means heavier cable than the smaller cabins need and a slightly longer visit, so book the electrician before your delivery date rather than after. The emitters start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

BEFORE DELIVERY
The sauna arrives in three boxes by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Clear the complete route indoors and arrange for two people to help lift and position the components.
MEASURE THE ROOM
The assembled exterior measures 42 inches deep, 60 inches wide and 75 inches high. Select a dry indoor location and verify the room, doorway and access-route dimensions before arrival.
POWER PREPARATION
This 2200-watt sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 20-amp receptacle and breaker. Confirm that the correct electrical supply is ready at the installation site before assembly.
ASSEMBLY & FIRST USE
Two people are recommended to lift and assemble the clasp-together sections. Once installed, allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for full preheating and begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 3 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

Pacific Cedar, which is what the manufacturer's spec sheet calls it. The hemlock version of this cabin is the Ultra Low EMF S-Line at the same size.

We would recommend having one run a dedicated 20 amp line before your delivery date, and booking it early. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
