DELIVERY PLANNING
The sauna arrives in three boxes by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Clear the route to its indoor location and arrange for two people to help move the components.
CONFIRM THE SPACE
The exterior measures 60 inches plus 9.4 inches deep, 60 inches wide and 75 inches high. Check the complete dry indoor footprint, ceiling height and access route before delivery.
POWER PREPARATION
The 2000-watt cabin requires a dedicated 120V, 20-amp receptacle and breaker. Confirm that the correct electrical connection is ready before assembly begins.
BUILD & BEGIN
Two people are recommended to lift and connect the clasp-together cabin sections. Allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for full preheating, then begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Sixty by sixty inches with the door on the diagonal, so this cabin sits in floor you were never going to walk on. Nine carbon panels follow the angle rather than sitting in a row behind a bench.
Canadian Red Cedar throughout, with the thujaplicins that make it resistant to rot and decay without chemical treatment, and the dimensional stability that keeps a panel flat through a few hundred heat cycles.
Zero milligauss measured three inches from the panels, and 1 mG at one inch. At one inch the Ultra Low EMF cabins read 2.5 mG, so this is where the catalogue stops.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 3 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Assembly is clasp together and needs no special tools. Two people are recommended for the lifting. The cabin requires a dedicated 120V 20 amp circuit and breaker, so book the electrician before your delivery date rather than after.
For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

No, but that is what the shape is for. Against a flat wall the diagonal front leaves two gaps behind it, which is exactly the waste the shape exists to avoid.

Yes, and it gets stronger with heat. If strong scents bother you, the same corner cabin at the same rating is built in hemlock, which is nearly odourless.
We would recommend having one run a dedicated 20 amp line before your delivery date, and booking it early. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
