The Seattle Near Zero runs on a dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit with its own breaker. Fifteen amps is the rating most American homes already use in living areas, so an electrician runs the dedicated line in a short visit rather than the longer job twenty amps needs. The panels start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak. Full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.

The sauna ships in two boxes by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Arrange for two people to move the components and clear the route into the installation room before arrival.
CONFIRM THE FIT
The assembled exterior measures 42 inches deep, 48 inches wide and 75 inches high. Select a dry indoor location and verify the room, doorway and access-route dimensions.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
This 1750-watt sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 15-amp receptacle and breaker. Confirm that the correct electrical supply is available before assembling the cabin.
BUILD & BEGIN
Two people are recommended to lift and connect the clasp-together sections. Once installed, allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for full preheating and begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Zero milligauss measured three inches from the panels, and 1 mG at one inch. Those are the figures Golden Designs publishes for Near Zero, and one inch is the only distance the two strict ratings share: the Ultra Low EMF cabins are 2.5 mG there.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 2 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

We would recommend having one run a dedicated 15 amp line before your delivery date. Fifteen amps is the standard most homes already use, so it is a short visit. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
