DELIVERY PLANNING
The sauna ships in two boxes with a combined shipping weight of 330 pounds and arrives curbside by LTL freight. Arrange for two people to move the components and clear the route indoors.
SPACE REQUIREMENTS
The exterior measures 42 inches plus 5.9 inches deep, 50 inches wide and 75 inches high; the interior is 45 by 37 by 68 inches. Confirm the dry indoor location, ceiling height and full access route before delivery.
ELECTRICAL SETUP
This 1750-watt sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 15-amp receptacle and breaker. Prepare the correct electrical connection at the installation site before the cabin is assembled.
ASSEMBLY & WARM-UP
Two people are recommended to lift and assemble the 250-pound clasp-together cabin. Once installed, allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for full preheating and begin within the ideal 118–132°F range.

Two-person low EMF infrared sauna
An unlit wooden cabin in a finished basement looks like a wardrobe. That has nothing to do with how well it works, and everything to do with where it ends up.
The Toulouse is lit from the outside. Accent lighting runs around the exterior and the door is bronze tinted rather than clear, so from across the room you see a lit object instead of a lit box with someone inside it.
Seventeen hundred and fifty watts across six carbon panels, with a heated floor underneath, on a dedicated 15 amp line. That is the same power as the Seattle on the same circuit.
Fifty by forty eight inches on your floor once the roof edge is counted, with 45 by 37 inches of measured interior. Seventy five inches tall. Two hundred and fifty pounds assembled, in two boxes.
FM radio as well as Bluetooth and an MP3 auxiliary connection, which is a Maxxus K series feature and does not exist in the Dynamic range.
Natural reforested Canadian Hemlock, chromotherapy lighting with a red setting. The panels start warming you the moment you switch them on, so a session can begin well before the cabin is at its peak; full temperature, 140°F, arrives in thirty to forty five minutes.
Bronze privacy glass and exterior accent lighting give the cabin a finished presence, so it belongs in the room you actually use rather than somewhere hidden away.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 2 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included. Shipping weight is 330 lb.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Assembly is clasp together and needs no special tools. Two people are recommended for the lifting. The cabin requires a dedicated 120V 15 amp circuit and breaker, so book the electrician before your delivery date rather than after.
For residential use, the manufacturer's limited warranty covers the heating elements and electronics for 5 years and the wood structure for 1 year. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not included.
Coverage is limited to indoor use by the original purchaser at the original installation site and is not transferable. Outdoor placement, unauthorized modifications, misuse and installation contrary to the instructions may void coverage. Fine surface cracks caused by normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects.

Bronze glass instead of clear, accent lighting around the outside, and FM radio as well as Bluetooth. Same six carbon panels, same 1750 watts, same heated floor, same 15 amp circuit. The Toulouse is two inches wider and has a roof edge that adds six inches to the depth.
Not clearly. The bronze tint cuts what is visible from the room without darkening the inside; you still see out from the bench.
Yes. FM radio, Bluetooth and an MP3 auxiliary connection, all three on the spec sheet for this model. The Dynamic cabins have Bluetooth and MP3 but no radio.

We would recommend having one run a dedicated 15 amp line before your delivery date. Fifteen amps is the standard most homes already use, so it is a short visit. Send us a photo of your breaker panel and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.
