1. Sponsor
The Kinaura Life Monthly LED Mask Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Kinaura Life LLC, 2093 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, USA ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway can be sent to hello@kinauralife.com.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor, its suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Giveaway periods
The Giveaway is run in monthly periods. Each period has its own drawing and its own prize.
- Current period: begins September 11, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends November 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). The winner is selected and announced on or about November 30, 2026.
- Later periods, their dates and their prizes will be posted on this page. Sponsor may end the Giveaway at any time after the current period by updating this page.
4. How to enter
Entry is free. To enter, subscribe to Kinaura Life emails: enter your email address in any Kinaura Life sign up form on kinauralife.com during the Entry Period. Every person who is an active email subscriber at the end of the Entry Period is automatically entered in that period's drawing. Subscribers who joined before the Entry Period and are still subscribed are entered too. If you unsubscribe before the drawing, your entry for that period is withdrawn.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per period. Entries made with multiple email addresses, automated means, or on behalf of another person are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner per period will receive one (1) Nicebeam LED Face Mask. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $319.00 USD. The prize is shipped free of charge to a valid address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.
The prize is awarded "as is". No cash substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Total ARV of all prizes per period: $319.00.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing takes place on or about the announcement date stated above. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner is notified by email at the address used to enter, within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of the notification and confirm eligibility and a valid US shipping address. If the potential winner does not reply in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require the winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize means the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial and state of residence to announce the result (for example, "Winner: Sarah M., Texas") in Sponsor's emails and on kinauralife.com, without further compensation.
8. Privacy
Information collected for the Giveaway is used to run the Giveaway and, if you subscribed, to send Kinaura Life emails, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
9. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify any entry or person who tampers with the entry process, acts in violation of these rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control affects its integrity, and may select the winner from eligible entries received before the action taken.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications, for technical or human errors, or for any damage to a participant's device related to the Giveaway. To the extent permitted by law, by accepting the prize the winner releases Sponsor and its suppliers from any claim related to the Giveaway or the use of the prize.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. The Giveaway is organized solely by Kinaura Life LLC. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Nicebeam, Meta, Google, TikTok or any other brand or platform. Nicebeam is a trademark of its owner and is used only to identify the prize, which Sponsor purchases at its own cost.
10. Winner list
To request the name of a period's winner, send an email with the subject line "Giveaway Winner" to hello@kinauralife.com within thirty (30) days after the end of that period.
