Turn the DigitalDial to change the resistance with one twist, which makes it easy to share at home. An LED screen shows distance, strokes and calories at a glance. The 49 in rail gives a full stroke to users up to 7 ft 5 in, and the solid wood frame supports users up to 331 lb.
