The warranty excludes problems caused by improper installation, unsuitable electrical supply, environmental exposure, freezing, poor water treatment or missed maintenance. Accessories, filters, consumables, normal aging, labor and contractor fees are not covered.

Know exactly what the space needs before you order
Access first
Measure the route before the water arrives
The empty tub is 53 in long, 31.5 in wide and 24 in high. Measure doors, stairs and turns for the selected chiller too. Carry the tub and chiller separately, then connect them only after both are in the final position.
Support the fill
Confirm the floor for the real operating weight
Use a flat, level surface. Revive publishes 950 lb at the recommended fill and 1,075 lb at maximum fill. Indoors, add a water resistant floor covering to manage condensation and splashes.
Power and airflow
Give the chosen chiller the circuit and breathing room it needs
Nova requires a 110V GFCI source with at least 10A and 12A recommended. Core and Apex require a dedicated 120V, 15A circuit. Keep 24 in clear at the fan area and protect the unit from direct precipitation.
First start
Prime the water loop before your first session
Inflate the tub to 10 PSI and the cover to 7 PSI. Check O rings, filters, hose direction and valves, then fill at least 6 in above the lower outlet. The initial A08 flow message can remain for 2 to 3 minutes while air purges. Add the manufacturer recommended oxidizer and circulate for 10 to 15 minutes before use.
A SIMPLE CARE SCHEDULE
A clearer ownership rhythm from day one
Cold plunge ownership becomes simpler when the recurring jobs are visible before purchase. These are the core checks that keep the system ready to use.
Before every session
Check clarity, level and flow before you enter
Confirm that the water is clear, the level remains above the outlet and circulation is unobstructed. Look at hoses, valves and the area beneath the chiller for fresh moisture before starting the session.
Every 2 to 4 weeks
Clear the filters before reduced flow becomes a fault
Rinse the metal mesh prefilter and inspect the 20 micron cartridge. Replace the cartridge when it turns light brown or flow drops. With daily use, Revive advises roughly monthly cartridge replacement.
Every 2 to 3 months
Reset the tub, seals and water
Drain and refill according to water condition and use. Wipe the tub with a soft nonabrasive cloth and mild solution, then inspect valves, O rings, hose seals and cover straps before refilling.
Every 6 months
Deep clean the circulation and cooling system
Follow the deep cleaning procedure for the selected chiller, then remove dust from the air filter and condenser area. Inspect power cable, hoses and fittings, and replace worn parts before the next heavy use period.

I LOVE THIS REVIVE tub and chiller combo! The ability to chill down to 37F and heat up to 107F all hunting the app is mind blowing. I’m currently cold plunging at 47-50 degrees for 5-6 minutes and can’t get enough of it. Some days o do like to stay in longer and will plan for a 55 degree plunge. Other days, I’ll do hot plunges and soothe the muscles. The tub stays inflated with no need to “top it off” with more air. The quality of the chiller is top notch! Easy to maintain. Stop searching and buy this setup. My upgrade will be to the acrylic tub one day. REVIVE!

Your plunge ships free within the contiguous United States. The tub, cover and chiller arrive boxed. Standard delivery is curbside; someone should be available to bring the boxes inside. The chiller box is the heavy one, 56 to 100 pounds depending on the model.
Setup takes under an hour. Inflate the tub with the included pump, connect the two quick connect hoses to the chiller, fill with a garden hose to the 110 gallon line, and plug in the chiller. Nova runs on a standard 110V GFCI outlet. Core and Apex need a dedicated 120V, 15A circuit.
Inspect the boxes before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can help with the next steps.

The tub is the same in all three. If you start with Nova and want colder water later, the chiller is the only part that changes.
