How do delivery and optional assembly work?
Saunas ship by LTL freight on a pallet, curbside only. The driver lowers it at your curb, driveway or garage entrance and does not carry it inside. If you have stairs, a basement or an apartment, ask us about inside delivery and installation assistance for an additional cost call or email us and we’ll tell you what’s available for your address.

Do I need an electrician?
Most of our cabins run on a standard household outlet. Each product page states the exact voltage, amperage and plug type in its specifications table. If a model needs a dedicated circuit, we say so before you buy, not after.
Will it fit through my door and in my room?
Every product page lists the exact carton dimensions and the assembled footprint. Measure your doorways, hallway turns and stairwell before ordering, and check the footprint against the spot where you plan to put it, leave a few extra inches on the door side so it opens fully. It takes five minutes and it’s the single most common reason a delivery, or a return, goes wrong. Call us and we’ll walk through it with you.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty terms differ by cabin, heaters and electronics, and each product page states all three separately along with the term length. Coverage is handled by us directly, in the US. If something fails, you call a person, not a form.

Your sauna ships free from California by LTL freight. It normally leaves the warehouse within two business days and travels on a pallet in 3 boxes. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Curbside delivery means the driver lowers the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the boxes indoors, unpacking and assembly are not included. Shipping weight is 450 lb across the 3 boxes.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the next steps.

Assembly is clasp together and needs no special tools. Two people are recommended for the lifting. This cabin requires a dedicated 120V 20 amp circuit and breaker, which needs heavier cable than a 15 amp line, so book the electrician before your delivery date.
For residential use, Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name warrants the heating elements and electronics for 5 years from the original date of purchase. The wood structure and glass carry a 1 year limited warranty. Commercial use is limited to 1 year on heating elements and electronics.
The warranty covers eligible replacement parts; labor is not covered. Coverage extends to the original purchaser at the original installation site in the continental United States or Canada and is not transferable, so it ends on owner transfer or relocation. This sauna is for indoor use only: outdoor placement voids the warranty, as does damage from rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures, and any modification to the sauna or its components.
Fine surface cracks from normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects in material or workmanship. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase and contact Kinaura Life first if you need warranty support.
Fifty seven inches of interior
Room for three without anyone sitting forward
Sixty inches on the floor and fifty seven inside. That is where three adults stop touching shoulders, and where one adult can lie down instead of sitting upright for twenty minutes.
The roof edge adds 4.3 inches to the depth, so plan for about 49 inches from the wall rather than 45. At seventy five inches tall it clears a seven foot basement ceiling.

Nine carbon panels sit around the cabin, two more than most three person models carry. Across fifty seven inches of interior that is what stops the ends of the bench running cooler than the centre.
A separate element heats the floor. Warm air rises, so without it the bench is warm while your feet are not.

Yes, sitting. The interior is 57 by 41 inches, which seats three upright with room between you. One adult can also lie down across that width.
Because it draws 2200 watts across nine panels and a floor heater. Twenty amps is still a standard household circuit, it just needs heavier cable than a fifteen.
Not clearly. The bronze privacy glass means the cabin reads as a dark panel from outside while you still see out from the bench and daylight still comes in.

No. The red setting is part of the cabin chromotherapy mood lighting. It should not be confused with a dedicated red or near infrared light therapy device using specified therapeutic wavelengths.
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have an active fever, unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis or uncontrolled hypertension. Speak with your physician before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, difficulty regulating body temperature or another health concern that may affect your response to heat.
Consult your physician if you take medication that may affect circulation, blood pressure, sweating or heat tolerance. Remove transdermal medication patches before each session unless your physician or the medication instructions specifically advise otherwise, as heat may alter medication absorption. After each session, wipe the bench, backrest and frequently touched interior surfaces with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a diluted solution of white vinegar and water. Avoid bleach, ammonia and solvent-based cleaners. Remove damp towels and leave the door open for approximately 30 minutes so the cabin can dry and air out.

The third seat changes how often a sauna gets used. Two people negotiate a time. Three people stop negotiating, because whoever is free walks in.
The Lugano is 60 inches wide with 57 inches of interior, and it carries nine carbon panels rather than the seven most three person cabins use. Nine across that width is what keeps the ends of the bench as warm as the middle.
Bronze privacy glass across the front means it reads as a dark panel from across the room instead of a lit box with someone inside it.

Who should not use an infrared sauna?
Do not use an infrared sauna if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, have multiple sclerosis, or have unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis, uncontrolled hypertension or an active fever. Speak to your physician first if you have any cardiovascular condition, controlled hypertension, diabetes, a condition affecting thermoregulation, or if you are over 65 or taking medication that affects heat tolerance.
Remove all transdermal medication patches before every session. Heat can increase how much medication the skin absorbs by 2 to 5 times the normal dose — the FDA has issued specific warnings about this for fentanyl patches, so treat it as a serious step, not a formality.

Care & maintenance
How do I clean and maintain it?
Wipe the bench, backrest and walls with a cloth and warm water after every session. Once a week, use a 1:1 white vinegar and water solution. Never use bleach, ammonia or solvent cleaners they damage the wood and the heating panels. Leave the door open for 30 minutes after each session so moisture escapes, and hang towels outside the cabin rather than leaving them on the bench. Do those two things and odour is a non-issue.
